I came to the real estate profession after a successful career in banking where I held several key positions through the many years and was an elected Vice President of community banking. I have served in the local community as President of the Bethlehem Chamber of Commerce and board member of the Colonial Theatre and Arts Center where our firm, Badger Peabody & Smith, was essential in procuring the sale of the theatre for the community. I have also served on The Lakes Region Board of Realtors Legislative committees. I was raised in the Boston area and came back to the White Mountains after spending my childhood summers here with my family enjoying the resplendence of the region particularly the mountain ranges. I have a love for the tranquility of the country and the peacefulness of being surrounded by the natural beauty where I live,work, and play! It has been fulfilling to serve as a Realtor® for all of the clients and customers I have helped to purchase and to sell property through the years and those who have been referred to me as well. It was unimaginable that I would have such a rewading second career as I have working in real estate in this special part of the Country.
